Processing Times
We are a small business who is often on the road at events. We want to minimise your disappointment if we are in a field and can’t get to a post office so we have a 1 – 3 working day processing time on all orders. If you would like your order more urgently, please just contact us and we will work something out if we can 😊
Where do you ship to and how much is it?
All our post is sent tracked and signed for – this helps everyone be clear on where the goods are and when they were sent -if you want a cheaper postage option please contact us but it will be at your own risk.
If you want to order a large amount of goods and it may be over 2kg, the postage price will change, we will offer discounts so please contact us before you order.

How do I track my order?
At the checkout please make sure you enter an up to date email address and mobile phone number this means once we have lovingly picked and packed your items you will receive a shipping confirmation with all your tracking details.

Will I be charged customs & import fees?
As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.
Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.
New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.
Canada - All GST, PST & HST charges are to be paid by the recipient of the items on the parcel's arrival into customs as notified by the courier. We can’t be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of despatch.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Can I amend my delivery address?
We ask that you’re as precise as possible when entering delivery details as we cannot be responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a parcel being undeliverable for any reason.
If you have made an error and need to make an amendment to your address, Please contact us and we will do our best to fix the problem and get your Tweedy Clothing to you.
